Marygate House is a former 1970s Office block, Refurbished into 27 room, modern hotel apartment accommodation in the centre of Wakefield.
FPS was responsible for the design and installation of a full range of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, domestic power, heating, fire protection, intercom and access control, hot and cold-water services, ventilation systems, and above-ground drainage.
