Future Power Systems delivered the full MEP design and installation, including heating, ventilation, domestic water services, photovoltaic systems, electrical distribution, life-safety systems, and integrated controls.

Achieving an Energy Rating of A, Fawcett Street was designed and constructed with energy efficiency and resident comfort at its core, And this is felt throughout the development, ensuring the building continues to be a comfortable, welcoming, safe and eco friendly place to live and socialise for generations of students to come.
